About Roxana
I started with a Fourth grade class, and it was intimidating because of the math subject. At a time where assessment was all the time, I learned with the students that participation, drawing problems out in small groups, presenting, sharing the various perspectives, led to solutions; it was not such a problem. Having stepped into what was an intimidating arena, led me to using methods on being engaging, listening to student's multiple perspectives, applying, and experiencing ways not solely my own. Today, I can say thanks to all the falls and unknowns became a provision of persistence, to be present with what is purposeful, and understanding how the student works. In retrospect a vehicle that I have applied in teaching through with the other subjects/content to fruition.

Sub-topic specialties
* Guiding student with basic / foundational skills such as letters, sounds, etc. * Practice of putting the foundational skills into reading simple words into sentences, etc.
* Depending on level, or as needed of the learner’s expertise, will guide through process of communicating in the Spanish language. * Portion of time will begin with 25% Spanish and as progression is made into being fluid in the Spanish language.
* For interest of basic words in Spanish in order to communicate * Re-teach or review of Spanish in conversation, writing form, and/or questions as needed.
