Certain information is shared between Students and Tutors to facilitate the tutoring marketplace, including profile information, ratings, reviews, and communication through the Platform's messaging system.
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), video conferencing (Google Meet), cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of iPractis; (c) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services; (d) protect the personal safety of Users or the public; or (e) protect against legal liability.
